Shipping

Processing Time:

Please allow 5-7 business days to process your order. Business days are Monday-Friday by 5:00 p.m. and Saturday by 2:00p.m. Pacific Standard time.

Shipping:

We currently use UPS and USPS priority mailing with a flat rate of $10.00 per purchase for destinations in the U.S. Expected delivery time is 3-7 business days after your package has shipped. Please note, due to COVID, you may encounter slight delays. We will do our best to get your package delivered within 2 weeks of shipping day.

UPS and USPS global shipping with a flat rate of $20.00 per purchase for destinations outside of the U.S.

Depending on size order, items may be shipped separately

Returns & Exchanges

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you store credit or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging including tags. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Only store credit refunds of purchasing price or exchanges are given.

Please note shipping price is non-refundable in any form.

There are certain situations where store credit or exchange is not accepted:

* Clothing or accessories with obvious signs of use

* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

* Products missing tags or clear detachment is seen.

* Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

STORE CREDIT

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit or exchange.

If you are approved, then your store credit code/exchange product will be processed and provided to you within a few days. You will be able to apply your store credit on your next purchase thereafter. For your convenience, your store credit does not have an expiration date. Please allow for 5-7 days to receive your exchange product.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be returned for store credit/exchange, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at ayala@lovevalerie.co with your order information. The same item or exchange size is not guaranteed to be in stock

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a store credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total amount.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
